Magnesium is an essential nutrient found in the body that is depleted by stress. This spray supports natural muscle recovery, inflammation and in turn aids in muscle relaxation and sleep.

Many of us may be deficient in Magnesium. Signs can include lack of energy, aches, pains, muscle cramps, headaches, insomnia and even cravings. It is claimed that the transdermal absorption of magnesium in comparison to oral application is more effective due to fewer side effects as it bypasses the gastrointestinal tract. 

To further enhance the effects of the magnesium, 100% pure therapeutic essential oils have also been blended.

• Athletes blend of Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile to aid in post-workout recovery and muscle or joint pain

This product is easily applied in a convenient topical spray. Directly dispense 1-3 sprays to the affected areas then rub the oil into the skin thoroughly. You may feel a tingling sensation and salt residue may appear on top of the skin. If so wipe off after 20 minutes.
